Is a 10w Diode Laser still Relevant in 2023?
Recently Sculpfun reached out to me to see if I would be interested in reviewing their S30 Pro 10w Diode Laser, and to be honest I was in 2 minds. I already have a 10w Diode Laser, the Ortur LM3, which I have been pretty happy with this past year. A couple of things about the Sculpfun stood out for me feature wise, which included the linear rail system on the X-axis plus the integrated air-assist. With this in mind I took up Sculpfun on the offer and decided to give it a whirl.

Are you ready to buy your first Desktop Diode Laser?
I was so excited when I made the decision to get my first desktop diode laser. That was until I saw just how many different diode laser manufacturers where out there with a large assortment of diode lasers to choose from.
I’m kinda lucky that I’m pretty good at research, so I went about comparing all the different lasers and bought the one I thought was the right fit for me.
